Our Mission: 

Hi my name is Shumba Patrick Mutukwa. The number of orphans and street children in Zambia are at an all time high. Many of these young boys and girls are young as 9 years old. As if not having a comfortable place to call home was not enough, a lot of these children are afflicted by drug abuse . Destitution and drug abuse are two bad components that lead to many of them committing crime.  Because many of them lack a comfortable bed as they lay under a busy bridge in Lusaka that’s infested with mosquitoes, malaria is a common disease among them which sadly claims some of their precious lives. Through our organization TUSO, we have donated hundreds of blankets, donated medical supplies and hired medical staff to care for these precious young men and women but as you can see, we haven’t done enough, that’s why we are here seeking your support. 

I would like to raise funds to finish my home for these young boys and girls. A home they call their own. This home will also act as a rehabilitation center were they will learn skills and get an education with dedicated staff. 

I have already purchased land and started the building process. But as you can see from the pictures, we are still far from achieving this goal.
